Go IRISH

Employers can request interview schedules in Go IRISH. Once logged in, select “On-Campus Recruiting (OCR)” from the ribbon at the top of the page:

From there, click “Request Schedule”, select applicable options/provide applicable details and click “Submit”. After you submit a schedule request, our team will review and approve it. Once approved, you will receive an email confirmation with additional instructions.

Attaching a Position to an Interview Schedule

Students will not be able to see your OCR job posting/interview date until a position has been attached to an interview schedule. To do that, select “On-Campus Recruiting (OCR)” from the ribbon at the top of the page, locate the interview date, and click “Attach Position”. 

From there, click “Create/Attach Position”, enter the job title and other applicable information, and click “Save and Finish”.

How do I attach position(s) to an assigned on-campus recruiting (OCR) schedule?

  • Login to Go IRISH
  • Click on “On Campus Recruiting (OCR)” on top navigation bar
  • Find the schedule date and click “Attach Position”
  • Click “Create/Attach Position”
  • Enter job title by either using the drop down arrow to copy a position or enter a new position
  • If copying, remove “Copy” from title
  • At a minimum, fill in all required fields (those marked with red asterisks)
  • Click “Save and Finish”
  • If attaching more than one position to a schedule, click “Save and Attach Another”
  • When multiple schedules need positions, click “View Another Schedule” on left
  • If attaching the same position to another schedule, click “Link a Position” from another schedule
  • From the dropdown menu, choose the position, then click “Link”
  • Click “Save & Finish”

How do I attach additional OCR position(s) to an assigned schedule?

  • Login to Go IRISH
  • Click “On Campus Recruiting (OCR)” on top navigation bar
  • Find the schedule date and click on it
  • Click “Create/attach Positions”
  • Click “Copy” and then “Create A New Position”
  • Enter job title by either using the drop down arrow to copy a position or enter a new position
  • If copying, remove “Copy” from title       
  • At a minimum, fill in all required fields (those marked with red asterisks)
  • Click “Save and Finish”
  • If attaching more than one position to a schedule, click “Save and Attach Another”

How do I edit an OCR position?

  • Login to Go IRISH
  • Click “On Campus Recruiting (OCR)” on top navigation bar
  • Click on “Job Title” to make changes
  • Click “Submit”

How do I view the deadline dates associated with my OCR position(s)?

  • Login to Go IRISH
  • Click “On Campus Recruiting (OCR)” on top navigation bar
  • Click “Interview Date” under the Date column
  • Scroll down to see schedule details

How do I see who applied to my OCR position?

  • Login to Go IRISH
  • Click “On Campus Recruiting(OCR)” on top navigation bar
  • Choose “Applicants” tab

How do I email all my applicants?

  • Login to Go IRISH
  • Click “On Campus Recruiting (OCR)” on top navigation bar
  • Select “Applicants” tab
  • Select applicable position and click “Apply Search”
  • Click the (+) sign to select all students
  • Click “Mail to Checked”
  • Create email message by entering all red asterisk fields (Note: Do not use the ‘CC’ or ‘BCC’ fields. Instead, use “Send Copy To” for a copy to yourself.)

How do I customize the email I send to applicants?

  • Follow the steps to send an email to all applicants
  • To personalize the email, use the “Available Fields” on the right side of the screen
  • To customize with students’ first names, select “fname” from the “Available Fields” menu
  • Add a comma after “[fname]” in the message field
  • Click “Continue”
  • Click “Send Message”

How do I make selections for my OCR schedule?

  • Login to Go IRISH
  • Click “On-Campus Recruiting (OCR)” on top navigation bar
  • Select “Applicants” tab
  • Filter by position and click “Apply Search “
  • Check boxes next to student names to select as invited
  • Click drop-down arrow next to “Change Status To” and choose “Invited”, “Alternate”, or “Not Invited”
  • Clear check marks by clicking the (-) sign before making your next selection

How do I add students who have not applied to my position?

  • Login to Go IRISH
  • Click “On-Campus Recruiting (OCR)” on top navigation bar
  • Select the date of the position you’d like to add a student to
  • Scroll down page to view applicants
  • Click “Add New”
  • Enter student name in keyword search box
  • Click “Go”
  • Select student name from pull-down menu
  • Choose position from pull-down menu
  • Choose status
  • Click “Submit”

How do I see who has signed up on my schedule?

  • Login to Go IRISH
  • Click “On-Campus Recruiting (OCR)” on top navigation bar
  • Select “Schedules” tab
  • Click “Interview Date” under the “Date” column
  • Click “View Interview Timeslots” under the word “Tasks”
  • Students names/times will appear in columns

How do I download the resumes for my OCR schedule?

  • Login to Go IRISH
  • Click “On Campus Recruiting (OCR)” on top navigation bar
  • Select “Applicants” tab
  • Select applicable position and click “Apply Search”
  • Click the (+) sign to select all students
  • Click “Generate Book”
  • Click “Submit Request”
  • You will receive an email when your resume book is ready for download

How do I see who I’ve selected for my interviews?

  • Login to Go IRISH
  • Click “On-Campus Recruiting (OCR)” on top navigation bar
  • Select “Applicants” tab
  • In the “Status” field, click the down arrow to choose ‘Invited’
  • Click “Apply Search”  (all students invited will appear)
  • In the “Status” field, click the down arrow to choose ‘Alternate’
  • Click “Apply Search”  (all students identified as alternates will appear)

How do I email students I’ve selected to interview?

  • Login to Go IRISH
  • Click “On-Campus Recruiting (OCR)” on top navigation bar
  • Select “Interviews” tab
  • Enter the position title to filter students
  • Click “Apply Search”
  • Choose ‘Invited’ in the status pull-down menu
  • Click the (+) sign to select these students
  • Choose ‘Alternate’ in the status pull-down menu
  • Click the (+) sign to choose these students
  • Click “Mail to Checked”
  • Create email message by entering all red asterisk fields (Note: Do not use the ‘CC’ or ‘BCC’ fields. Instead, use “Send Copy To” for a copy to yourself.)
